REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Colorado Forge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the personal-care nature of our soaps, lotions, body scrubs, bath products, and shower products, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Colorado Forge or an item that arrived damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
